Ratafiat

According to Abruzzese tradition, this precious rosolio (a typical Italian liqueur) was drunk in the notary upon the closing of contracts. A notary public, after the final handshake, would declare"Ratafiat" (The deeds have been sanctioned to you) and offer the jealously guarded "Ratafìa". Since it is an exclusively natural product, we advise you to keep it away from strong light, which could burnish the colour, without altering the taste.
